The leadership retreat will be held from Friday, March 20th, to Monday, March 23rd, in 2009. To participate, you must be available for this entire 4-day period. We can write a letter to justify your absence with your school if you need it. This letter will not mention the queer aspect of Toboggan unless you ask us to include it in the letter, and we will be very careful not to disclose anything about your sexual orientation or your gender identity in this letter.
The retreat will take place at Camp Kinkora, near Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, surrounded by nature and the Laurentian mountains. We will be staying in heated chalets, and we will have access to a large dining hall for our meals and activities. We also obviously intend to take advantage of the gorgeous natural setting all around us!
Project 10 organizes transportation to the camp. We also cover travel costs to Montreal (and back to your hometown) if you’d like to participate to the retreat and are from another Quebec region than the Montreal island.
